G. Noah Newmark, Chief Technical and Strategic Advisor

Noah is Founder and CEO of ClearWater Technologies, Inc., and is a biologist and economic anthropologist by academic training. He has been an investment banker and international entrepreneur for the past 25 years.

Noah was a partner in the Warburg, Paribas, Becker & Becker, Paribas firms and a Managing Director and West Coast Manager of the Corporate Real Estate Group of Merrill Lynch. In the 18 months following his joining Becker, he was responsible for moving the national ranking of the firm from 33rd place to the 8th largest senior manager of real estate financings.

In partnership with the Sumitomo Corporation, Noah was the distributor in Asia of the Sanivac Vakuumtechnik, GmbH, Germany, vacuum toilet systems, until Sanivac was acquired by Evac International.

While an undergraduate student at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, Noah was a neurobiology research assistant to Noble Prize winner, Dr. Rita Levi-Montalacini, and a developmental endocrinology research assistant to the Chair of the Biology Department, Dr. Florence Moog. In his graduate studies, Noah was the teaching assistant to the Chair of the Anthropology Department, Dr. John Bennett, an advisor to General Douglas MacArthur on post-war recovery for Japan. He also studied with Dr. Murray Weidenbaum, Chair of the Council of Economic Advisors in the Nixon Administration.
