As founder and president, Charlie has developed programs sponsoring hundreds of Chinese business leaders, government officials and journalists to visit the United States for professional training. UCBI conducts seminars in such topics as public administration, capital markets and securities, agricultural marketing development, highway construction, and media and advertising, to name just a few.

Together, KIG and UCBI brought a delegation of California business leaders to China for professional and government exchange in the fields of agriculture, technology, healthcare, venture capital, and economic development. Although U.S. based, UCBI has a team of colleagues in Shanghai and Beijing, and can offer in-country project development working with the Chinese Central and Provincial governments, involving a variety of business sectors.
