Established in 1993, UCBI aims to facilitate American and Chinese business opportunities through education and cultural cooperation. Richard King serves as Chairman of UCBI.

Manuel maintains affiliations in California, Latin America and Spain, while residing in Barcelona, Spain.

Susan has an extensive background in international business, fund-raising, and education, including over ten years in executive positions with the University of Southern CaliforniaÕs Office of Executive Education and the Office of International Development and Alumni Relations.

As a business owner, consultant, real estate advisor and developer, Bud consults for KIG for a variety of Pacific Rim and domestic projects. Currently, he is consultant to Woodbury UniversityÕs collaboration with the City of Vernon for the Vernon Business and Technology Development Center, a new business incubator project scheduled to open in 2004.
